This notice explains the information used for enrollment and learning on English with Sakib. Contact Sakib if you need clarification before submitting your details.
Enrollment and payment details
The enrollment form asks for your selected course or pack, payment amount, transaction reference, payment-account number and personal email address. These details are used to check payment, arrange course access and respond to enrollment questions. Payment happens through bKash or Nagad; do not submit your payment PIN, password or verification code in the form or a message.
Your learning progress
The Beginner pack uses a secure browser session cookie to identify your learning session. Studied words, practice answers, scores and review dates are stored by the learning service. Return in the same browser to use that saved progress. Reading the public lessons does not require payment or an account.
Browser preferences
Theme preferences and vocabulary-test results are stored in your browser. Your selected vocabulary offer is remembered for the current browser session so it can follow you to the enrollment form. Clearing browser storage can remove preferences and browser-local test results; clearing the learning cookie can disconnect access to that guest's saved progress.
Services you may use
The website uses Cloudflare for public page delivery and Render for the Beginner learning service. Google Forms handles submitted enrollment details. WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube and Facebook handle information when you contact Sakib or use their links and embedded players. Those services also have their own privacy notices.
Questions, retention and deletion requests
To ask how long your enrollment or learning records are kept, request a correction, or request deletion, contact Sakib on WhatsApp. Describe the request and the enrollment email if relevant. Never include a payment PIN, password or verification code.
